Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy
We ship via USPS and all items will be shipped within 3-5 business days. (With the exception of some herbs.) All orders will receive a tracking number to your email as well as an update when the order is fulfilled.
Once shipped, we cannot control the speed of the USPS.
If your order will take longer than 3-5 business days to ship, we will reach out via phone, email, and/or text message.
Damaged Products
If your items have arrived damaged, please call us immediately,
Do not toss damaged items until instructed to do so. Take multiple pictures. We will help coordinate a redelivery or resolution.
Return & Exchange Policy
Barney's New Life is dedicated to your satisfaction, and we understand that circumstances may arise where you need to return or exchange a product. Our return policy is designed to be hassle-free, ensuring that you can shop with confidence.
Online: All items can be returned in person, coordinated via email or phone, 773-762-1090. All items returned will need to be unopened and in the same condition it was received. If customer would like to ship item back, customer pays shipping. Please note, there may be a restocking fee associated with returning items. This fee helps cover the costs associated with processing returned items and preparing them for resale. We will provide you with further details regarding the restocking fee when you initiate a return. After all fees, monies will be returned back to the card used on initial payment, less shipping.
We are more than willing to exchange any unopened product. If the exchanged item is more than the original item, then customer will be responsible for the difference.
In-Store:

Any and all items returned will need to be unopened and in the same condition it was received. Open items will not be accepted as a return or exchange.

To return any item, no receipt is needed! As long as we sell the item and it is undamaged and not expired.

We are more than willing to exchange any unopened product. If the exchanged item is more than the original item, then customer will be responsible for the difference. Water containers cannot be exchanged.

Sea Moss Gel returns: If you have an issue with your Natural Renewals (My Moss) sea moss gel and would like to return it, the jar must be almost full (no more than ¼ of the jar) and not expired to receive an exchange or return. If exchange is requested and the new item is priced higher than original item, customer is responsible for the difference.

Water returns: If you have an issue with your Alkaline water and would like to return it, the container must be almost full (no more than ¼ of the water) to receive an exchange or refund

All Sales are final on water containers.

We are not responsible for broken containers.

PLEASE LABEL YOUR BOTTLES!

we do our very best to label bottles, but we are human, and to double ensure no mix ups, please label your bottle or uniquely design them!
