Privacy & Safety

  1. Credit Card Security. nlhealthchicago.com does not store nor receive any credit, debit, or bank information. All payments made through nlhealthchicago.com are made through PayPal,  (PayPal Privacy Policy). (Information about mailing address will be seen in number 4).

  2.  Information You Provide. nlhealthchicago.com receives, stores and uses the information you provide us. When you provide us with your name and email address we do not use that information for any purpose other than to keep you up to date on information strictly related to nlhealthchicago.com and New Life Health Foods, Chicago.  We do not distribute your information to any third party vendor or any affiliates of nlhealthchicago.com.

    • EBT Information. We do not keep your EBT information. As soon as your EBT card is charged we will delete the information to ensure your information is not breeched. ​

  3. E-mail Addresses. We do not rent, share, or exchange our customers' email addresses with any source outside of nlhealthchicago.com.  We use email information for the sole purpose of email marketing directly related to nlhealthchicago.com.  You can opt out of receiving promotional emails anytime by emailing nlhealthchicago@gmail.com.

  4. Mailing Addresses. Your mailing address will only be used for the sole purpose of shipping orders.  No mailing information will be given away for any purpose other than that of mailing orders purchased on nlhealthchicago.com.

  5. Sharing Information. nlhealthchicago.com will not share any information with any outside sources.    

  6. Children. nlhealthchicago.com does not check the age of guests that visit and/or purchase nlhealthchicago.com. An adult, parent or guardian should supervise any and all information submitted by a minor. Although we sell products intended for all ages, all products sold are deemed for purchase by adults. If you are under 18, you may use nlhealthchicago.com only with permission of or supervision by a parent or guardian.

  7. Hours of Operation. nlhealthchicago.com does not close, however, our 3141 West Roosevelt Rd. location does close.  Hours are posted on nlhealthchicago.com and are subject to change at owners and managements discretion.

  8. Products Sold. nlhealthchicago.com does not manufacture any items sold on our site.  It is the sole responsibility of the customer to read and follow manufacturers instructions.  Any items purchased on nlhealthchicago.com will be at customers own risk. New Life Health Food, Inc. and nlhealthchicago.com or our affiliates are not responsible for the misuse of any items sold. 

  9. Daily Value. nlhealthchicago.com has not evaluated the daily value of any products.  It is the sole responsibility of the consumer and product manufacturer to evaluate. nlhealthchicago.com, New Life Health Food, Inc., and any of its personal affiliates are not responsible for the purchases a consumer makes in store or on nlhealthchicago.com.

  1. Products & Services. nlhealthchicago.com and Barney's New Life offers lifestyle products, wellness items, and digital resources. All descriptions and prices of products are subject to change without notice. We strive for accuracy, but we do not guarantee that product descriptions, images, or other content are error-free. Please do not strictly rely on our or our affiliates descriptions, do your own research to make the best decision for you and your health.

  2. Order Acceptance. Your order on nlhealthchicago.com is an offer to purchase products from us. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

  3. Pricing and Payment. All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change. Prices in store and online may vary depending on the item.  We are not require to match prices. We accept payment through PayPal.

  4. Shipping and Delivery. Please refer to our Shipping Policy. Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

  5. Returns & Refunds. Please refer to our Return Policy for details on returns, exchanges, and refunds. Not all items are eligible for return, particularly perishable or digital products.

  6. Warranties and Disclaimers.  Products on nlhealthchicago.com and in store are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, except where explicitly stated. We are not responsible for any allergic reactions, health effects, or other issues arising from product use. Please consult a physician before using any wellness products. 

  7. Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Barney’s New Life shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your purchase or use of products from nlhealthchicago.com or in store.
