Cauliflower and Multigrain Rotini Pasta, Organic

  • Organic Rice, Organic Cauliflower, Organic Quinoa, Organic Amaranth.

  • 1. In a large pot, add 4 quarts (16 cups) of water and 1 teaspoon of salt, if desired. Bring water to a boil.
    2. Add pasta and cook, uncovered, stirring occasionally, for about 7 to 10 minutes or until pasta is tender but firm. For a more al dente texture do not overcook. For a softer pasta cook a bit longer.
    3. Remove from heat. Pasta can be rinsed in cold water to prevent overcooking. Drain and serve as desired.
