Yohimbe powder may be encapsulated or added to teas, broth, soups, stews or other cooked foods, as well as to smoothies, juices and shakes.

Consult your health care practitioner before using this herb if you have a history of heart, liver or kidney disease, inflamed prostate, diabetes, or if you take prescription blood pressure medications or antidepressant drugs, such as monoamine oxidase inhibitors. This herb should not be used during pregnancy or while breastfeeding or given to children.
